We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time without liability to you.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Our Services include an SMS/text messaging program (the "Messaging Program"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the following terms, which supplement our Privacy Policy.

Program description

When you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Creative Web Properties LLC at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include event invitations, reminders, confirmations, account or service updates, and informational or promotional messages relating to the Services you engaged with. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Frequency, rates, and help

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For a typical event you will receive a small number of messages (such as an invitation and one or more reminders or updates).
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your wireless carrier. We do not charge you for receiving messages.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will stop sending messages.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@creativewebproperties.com.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

If you create an account or submit information through the Services, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATIVE WEB PROPERTIES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
